In-N-Out

This last Friday after work I went to the In-N-Out in Orem. Maybe I am biased because of my mission to California, but I love In-N-Out. The wait wasn't too long. It was only about 30 minutes from when I got in line to when I got my food. Everyone go down there and get a burger and shake and don't forget to order your burger and fries "animal style".

ESPN College Gameday

So on Saturday morning, I drove down to Provo to be in the crowd for College Gameday. I got there at about 6 in the morning and was nowhere near the first. As you can see from the pictures below, there were tons of tents from people camping out.
Some random people that were next to me in line.

This is about where I was during the show. It was pretty close to the stage considering the crowd that was there.

After the show with my brothers. Too bad BYU had to lay an egg that night. But the morning show was really fun and worth the few hours of sleep that I had.

College Gameday has Arrived

Driving by the Hampton Inn by Thanksgiving Point and I saw this truck:
I'm kind of geeked out with College Gameday coming to Provo. I plan on being there bright and early Saturday. Anyone who wants to join me, let me know.

Carving Pumpkins

Saturday night, Rachel and I carved pumpkins with some of our friends.
It was an overall fun outing and I think I've began a roasted pumpkin seed addiction....and also pine nuts.

Farewell Elder Kyle Heaps

So my youngest brother Kyle left for his mission today. He is going to serve in the El Salvador San Salvador West Belize Mission. We are going to miss him quite a bit.

Kyle with my grandparents.

Last family pictures for two years.

Right after he was ordained a missionary Monday night.

Dog Day at the Pool

This last Saturday, Rachel and I went to a dog activity. I don't know if it's called an activity or a fundraiser. But a whole bunch of people and their dogs went to a park in Draper. After the walk around the block, they opened the pool and let the dogs go to town. Some dogs would go off the diving boards, but Abbie would only stay in the shallow end where she could run and chase other dogs. She really had fun. There had to be at least a hundred dogs there. It was quite hysterical.
